Step 1: Start off with your base image, I will be using this one:


Step 2: Layer - New Layer, fill it with the color #ac9e28
Set it to soft light 40%

Step 3: Layer - New Layer, fill it with #091f2f
Set it to Screen 75%

Step 4: Layer - New Layer, fill it with #2563b6
Set it to Difference 10%

Step 5: Layer - New Layer, fill it with #f8e3bc
Set it to Linear Burn 30%

Step 6: Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Levels, copy my settings:

Step 7: Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color, copy my settings:
Reds
Cyan: +58
Magenta: +45
Yellow: -71
Black: -24

Yellows
Cyan: +100
Magenta: -14
Yellow: -42
Black: -12

Whites
Cyan: +21
Magenta: +31
Yellow: -29
Black: -17

Step 8: Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Color Balance, copy my settings:
Midtones: -20, +4, +33
Shadows: -12, +10, 0
Highlights: +7, 0, -9

Step 9: Layer - New Layer, fill it with #003366
Set it to Exclusion 25%

Step 10: Last step, duplicate your base layer(your original image), and drag it to the very top.
Set it to soft light 15%

Your Done!
It should look something similar to this if you did it right!
