Step 1: Start off with your base image, I will be using this one:


Step 2: Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Curves
RGB - Output: 63, Input: 71

Step 3: Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Curves
RGB - Output: 196, Input: 189

Step 4: Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Saturation
Hue: 0 Saturation: +20 Lightness: 0

Step 5: Layer - New Layer, fill it with the color #d5e5f4.
Set it to Color Burn

Step 6: Layer - New Layer, fill it with the color #f6dac9.
Set it to Soft Light 80%

Your Done!
It should look something similar to this if you did it right!
